Dr Indigo Triplett, CEO of 4D Performance has achieved great success as a leader, author and international speaker. In 2012 and 2013, she led her US company to Inc. Dr Indigo is admired for her down-to-earth methods and techniques, but perhaps more known as an authentic leader who tackles organisational development and workforce topics. Playing by the Unwritten Rules: Increasing Workplace Performance and Retention
Nearly every organisation has an employee handbook, but there is absolutely nothing in there to help employees to become promotable. The employee manual helps people to keep a job which doesn’t foster retention. Her presentations are an opportunity for professionals to examine their personal career and their organisation’s culture. Professionals often have every intention on being a part of a company’s growth but they lack an understanding of the culture and the expectations of their organisation. She explores the rules of engagement that exist within every organisation, and discusses how to help people integrate into the company by understanding the unwritten rules. Audiences gain tools for increasing engagement, which is not the sole responsibility of management or HR.
Dr Indigo will pull concepts from her book Playing by the Unwritten Rules: Moving from the Middle to the Top and Playing by the Unwritten Rules: From a Job Defense to a Career Offense. She will share her philosophy on leveraging diversity through inclusion, preparing an organisation for growth through bench strength: IDP, recognizing inherent unwritten rules that either hinder or support an organisation, and being the best of the best for competitive positioning in the market place. She also examines the psychological agreement between the employers and employees based on diversity and inclusion and being First Generational Successes.
