AMY'S KeyNote:

The Safe Space: Where growth happens

Capitalising on what people can do is essential to our business growth. Having psychologically safe interactions is the number one driver of effective team working, according to a 2-year study at Google Analytics (over and above skill set). Any fear that inhibits our behaviour is an inhibitor of innovation, engagement, energy levels, speed of work and growth mindset.

This keynote inspires and fascinates the audience by bringing humour and science to their understanding of the way people work best. Participants will be called on to examine both their own behavioural contributions and responses in regards to fear, growth and connection. They will be shown how to amplify the performance of others. Our future relevance relies on our creation of The Safe Space.

Learn the key skills that will ripple wide, making work easier and growth possible.

Dr. Amy's is indeed an inspiring presenter - intelligent, kind, entertaining and humble. Her message is both disarming and profound, entirely practical and applicable. I immediately acted upon Amy's advice (as is her intent) and myself and my team have since been rewarded in spades. Excuse the somewhat effusive recommendation, but I cannot speak highly enough of Amy and her message.

David Preach, Facilitator and Presener for Mental Health

Without any hesitation, I highly recommend Amy for any presentation that has a goal to more deeply embed the science of psychology in corporate institutions.
