Her background constantly informs her work, so that it is not just theoretical, but based on extensive experience, knowledge and understanding of strategic issues companies face as well as issues that employees face in delivering their best work.

ANJALI'S KeyNote:

Make Your Messages Stick With Stories

Why stories? They cut through. They stick. They are remembered.

In a world of too many options and too little time, it’s just smart to ignore what doesn't cut through: Stories cut through.

Messages without stories are likely to get lost. Let’s be clear from the get-go though, Stories are not just about plots, myths and characters. They are practical, logical, methodical and anyone can learn to storytell.

Anjali has delivered storytelling talks to clients like Microsoft, Shell, SAP, Cisco and BASF. She has also coached TEDx Singapore speakers to put stories around their ideas worth spreading.

Over the last few years, Anjali has been invited to speak at many conferences, seminars and events, ranging from 1000 to 50 people in the audience. The only common thing in all these speaking engagements is, Storytelling. She talks about Storytelling and its application that is relevant to the audiences she is speaking to.

Some talks she has given recently:

  • Influencing via Data Storytelling (DSO National Laboratories, 2018 )

  • Women in Workforce and Stories They Tell (Primetime Singapore, 2016)

  • Selling with Stories (ANZ Bank, 2017 )

  • Storytelling and Marketing (Marketing and Communications Conference, 2016 )

  • Video Storytelling (Video Marketing Strategies World 2018)

WHAT OTHERS SAY...

I have enjoyed working and collaborating with Anjali. She has an amazing ability to break the craft of storytelling into pieces that helps the learning process. She also takes great pride and care in customising her work such that they have maximum impact to the audience.

I've had the privilege of working with Anjali when PETRONAS ICT first launched our Future Leaders Program in 2015/2016. Since then, we've invited her back time and again to work with our leadership team and the Leadership Academy to help shape ICT stories and develop effective "story tellers" in a way that attracts and sustains the audience's attention.
